Modular Aberdeen

Part of the Element Series from the Pittsburgh plant (formerly made at Caledonia), Aberdeen features a soft papercut finish which produces an uneven rolled edge. Surface texture is uneven with some intentional pits which are cause by the inclusion of coarser ground clay into the mix. Shown here in Modular size, bricks from this series are also available in Engineer and Queen size. Thin brick are also available in all of the brick in the Element Series but these may not always match the texture of full brick of the same name, depending on the type chosen. In the case of Aberdeen full bed brick do not match the thin brick in terms of finish texture.
